And here's the side view. You'll notice there are some subtle differences between the sketch and the model, this is due to the differences between the two sketches. I'm just picking a choosing what I think looks best between the two options.

Alright, here's an update. After coming back to this I realized I got ahead of myself in cutting out the segments before I had the detail I wanted, so I ended up going back a few steps and refining the base mesh before moving on to the bells and whistles.

Tiffanys Tools commisioned me for visualization on their latest concept.

After modeling Tiffys Tools case, I was asked to add the model into a series of images. Credit Linda Reid for the great photography.

This is a project I dubbed "chaser" and goes hand in hand with the Wasteland Guardian project below. Inspiration for this unit came from the HUNTERS from Half Life 2 Episode 2, a crotch rocket motor cycle, and my great dane 'Rufus'.

This is a gun turret I created which also spanned from the Wasteland Guardian project. Inspiration for this unit came from the pepsi bottle from Back to the Future II in the cafe 80's, the Phalanx missile defense guns on air craft carriers, and the sound my epson printer made at work.

Just experimenting with fall-off, displacement, and bump maps. The DOF and color correction were done in photoshop.

Just experimenting with different lights and materials, I was really happy with how this turned out.

This is an archviz project I did for Modtech Holdings Inc which I had to complete in 3 days (including classrooms). Mental Ray really held it together for this project. The "Round Corners" tool was my best friend, and helped breathe a little more life into this project.

This lands in my favorites just because the landscaping was so fun to work on. The project had the 'good enough!' wand waved over it before I could take it further. I would have loved to work some more on texturing.

This was the last rendering I did with MAX 7. I had just gotten comfortable with getting MR to do my bidding when they simplified the interface with MAX 8. No complaints though! The changes were more than welcome!
